Klade, Inc. ("Klade", "we", "us") operates the website kladeai.com and provides short-form motion-design video production for brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything you write when you email us or book a call (for example, to discuss a project).
- Booking information: when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you submit to book and basic technical data needed to run the widget. See our Cookie Policy.
- Usage and device data: if and when analytics are enabled (only after you consent), we may collect aggregate, non-identifying data such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type, and referring site. We do not run analytics before you consent.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, and the like).
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver work you engage us for.
- To schedule and hold calls you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are your consent (analytics, marketing email), performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (responding to enquiries, delivering work), and our legitimate interests in running and securing a small business.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under contract and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing, we do not sell or share your data. To exercise any right, email arjun@kladeai.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies (such as the booking widget and any analytics) load only after you consent via our cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
